If you order an item that we have in stock, it will be shipped within 24 hours after you place the order. Delivery time is between 1 and 4 business days.
Once you have notified us that you want to cancel your purchase, you have 14 days to return the item back. You must cover the costs of the return shipping and you will be liable for any damages occurred during transport. When the product has been checked and back in storage, then you’ll be refunded.
We have 14 days cancellation policy. This policy expires 14 days after the day you received your item. The cancellation policy does not apply to food. Food cannot be returned or be compensated.
If you wish to cancel your purchase, then send an email to email@example.com. You cannot cancel the purchase by refusing to receive the order without notifying us in due time.
No cancellation right
We do not accept the return of foods or sealed goods which, for health and safety or hygiene reasons, are not suitable for return and where the seal has been broken after delivery.
Reimbursement of purchase amount
If you regret your purchase, you will get your money back. If the item is impaired or not in saleable condition, we deduct the amount for which you are liable, or reject the refund. We will refund your payment received from you, including the initial delivery costs no later than 14 days from the day we receive your message that you want to undo the agreement and have your items back in storage. We will return the money with the same payment method you used to purchase, unless we have agreed otherwise. We can withhold payment until we receive the item unless you send us documentation of the return.
As a customer at thirdwavenutriton.com you have a 24 month warranty. If your complaint is warranted, it means that you can either get the item exchanged, get money back or a discount in the price, depending on the specific situation. You must issue a complaint within "reasonable time" after you have discovered the error. If you complain within two months after the error has been discovered, the complaint will always be timely. If your claim is warranted, we will refund your (reasonable) shipping costs. The product must always be returned in safe packaging. Also, remember to get a receipt for shipping, so we can refund your shipping costs.
However, your right to complain may expire before the expiration date if the product is not intended to last for two years, such as food, or if it is worn out due to natural use before expiration of the complaint policy.
